Job Description:

Responsible for providing academic instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula. Develop and prepare lessons; recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials; administer and correct tests; and maintain progress and attendance reports. Develop and conduct enrichment programs as assigned. Participate in student activities associated with the intellectual and social development of students. Assist in developing community linkages and volunteers for department. Other duties as needed or assigned. Position is located in the beautiful Montgomery Park Building in Northwest Portland.

Candidate must have a valid State of Oregon teaching certification and drivers license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record. Computer proficiency required. One year instructional experience preferred.
