Job Description:

The Career Services Director is responsible for the management of counseling, career preparation, career development, community living, career and technical education, and records, and directly supervises the managers of these departments and the Career Services Secretary.

Some of the essential duties and functions of the position are: Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures. Supervise development and implementation of programs for department; coordinate programs to meet student needs. Provide staff training; evaluate staff performance. Coordinate with staff and other agencies in provisions of services to students. Monitor budget and control expenditures; review and recommend changes to budget authorizations. Regularly assess and audit for contractual compliance and quality delivery of services; prepare assessment and audit reports. Other duties as required.

,500 annual salary plus complete benefits package offered. Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree and four years related experience, three of which must be in a managerial capacity. Must be computer proficient. Valid drivers license in state of residence with acceptable driving record required.
