Job Description:

Residential vocational training school serving young adults ages 16-24 is seeking a Maintenance Helper to perform center maintenance and/or repair in grounds keeping, roads on center, and custodial duties. Fertilize, water, and care for lawns, trees, shrubs, beds and hedges. Sweep, clean and dispose of litter, trash and debris on grounds, streets and parking lots. Perform custodial duties as needed. Other duties as requested. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, and one year related grounds keeping experience. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

$13.00 per hour with benefits package including company paid and optional benefits, paid vacations, sick/personal time, and holidays. 401k matching and 100% vested after one year. Company pays 75% medical, dental, vision premiums.
