This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience
• Be an effective brand ambassador by managing guest satisfaction and overall Taproom visitor experience
• Develop an intimate knowledge of 2 Towns beverages and pro-actively expand on craft alcohol education knowledge (menu items, prices, styles & ingredients)
• Keeping items (snacks, coasters, growlers, glassware, etc.) stocked for operation
• Assist with facilitation of private and occasional off-site events, including set up, take down, execution
• Stock and organize merchandise displays
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the taproom at all times
• Proper ethical cash handling during opening and closing procedures
• Handling cash and processing transactions through a point-of-sale system
• Responsible for securing the opening, closing, and lockup of the facility and taproom
• Maintains positive and energizing relationships with co-workers and lends support to accomplish 2 Towns Ciderhouse goals
• Staffing community events sponsored by 2 Towns CiderhouseQualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Current Oregon Alcohol Servers Permit
  • Current Oregon Food Handler's Card
  • Extremely flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordSchedule25-30 variable hours weekly, including nights and weekends. Shifts are subject to change and rotate based on company needs. Work schedules are posted 14 days in advance.Compensation - $14.20 hour + tips
