Job Description:

Full-time Senior Residential Advisor needed for vocational/educational training school serving young adults ages 16-24 years. Serve as Center Duty Officer, on assigned shifts; coordinate dormitory staff in absence of Community Living Manager; work with residential management to provide safe and positive living environment that delivers guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program. Assist staff scheduling; training and supervision of student dorm leaders. Supervise, and monitor dorm, recreation, safety and student activities; Other duties as assigned or required. .94 per hour with complete benefits package offered including both company paid and optional benefits, paid vacations, sick/personal time off, and paid holidays.

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Valid state drivers license with acceptable driving record required.
