The Portfolio Administrator will implement and maintain discretionary and non-discretionary high net worth and/or institutional client investment recommendations in accordance with investment policy statement as directed by the investment advisor. Assist with general account maintenance. The Portfolio Administrator II will be assigned a specified client list consisting of varying portfolio complexities and types. Investments may include mutual funds, separately managed accounts, limited partnerships, private equity and private real estate investments.2. Responsible for Implementing and maintaining client investment programs and placing trades, which involves funding and terminations of money managers for discretionary and non-discretionary high net worth individual and/or institutional clients.3. General servicing of high net worth and/or institutional clients including processing new account set up, account and/or fund transfers, wire requests, directives to money managers and custodians, preparing partnership documents, and monitoring client cash needs.4. Maintain client relationships, provide high-touch customer service, and resolve issues in a timely manner.Qualifications:A four year college degree is preferred. Candidate will have a minimum of two years of trading and/or brokerage experience (or experience in a similar capacity) as well as an understanding of financial markets and investment terminology. Strong communication skills and the ability to consistently provide superior client service are required. Individual must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while tracking constantly-evolving detail, meet deadlines and interact effectively with prospects, clients and Arnerich Massena staff. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are required. Candidates must be proficient with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite and must be familiar with Internet-based work.Arnerich Massena seeks candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to be self-motivated. Candidates must be client service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires both the ability to work effectively as part of a team and the ability to work independently.
