C&R Management Group is seeking to hire an Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller supports the Controller in AP/AR, general ledger accounting, physical inventory, payroll and benefits, rebilling expenses to properties, and annual audits. Our next assistant controller will be comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and extreme accuracy. Additionally, we are looking for someone who likes to join in social activities and company events to keep our company culture fun and interactive.Workdays for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The pay rate for this position ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 an hour (DOE). This would be an in-office position; however, CRMG is happy to flex schedules and use the hybrid model to fit the needs of our employees once fully trained.

Requirements:
What you will bring as the Assistant to the Corporate Controller:Confident accounting professional who enjoys improving processes and actively contributes ideas.Three (3) to four (4) years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.Previous experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus. Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting.Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits accounting procedures.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and TEAMS).Able to multi-task, set priorities, manage time efficiently, file and organize.
