Our team is looking for a Finance Director to lead Strategic Investments for Global Demand and Supply Management. As we execute against our Consumer Direct Acceleration strategy, Nike is making significant investments in new capabilities to transform the marketplace and our ways of working. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Finance Director will partner closely with Demand and Supply Management leaders to identify and prioritize investments required to deliver against strategic priorities. You will monitor progress over time, identify insights, and propose tradeoffs aimed at balancing financial targets and project roadmaps. You will be responsible for ensuring Corporate planning deliverables, including in-year Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Corporate Strategic Review (CSR) are completed with a high degree of accuracy.

You will be working with leaders across Global Finance, Demand & Supply Management, Technology, and Supply Chain. You will partner closely with cross-functional teammates and routinely present results and insights to Sr. Leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Accounting, or Budgeting

  • Proven track record in Financial Analysis; ability to work independently with large amounts of data and to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment

  • Strong leadership ability and understanding/application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, and cross-team effectiveness;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for senior management

  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong enthusiasm and passion for the NIKE brand
