Job Description:
The Risk & Regulatory - Project Manager is responsible for
managing various workstreams within Risk & Regulatory (with an
emphasis on Risk Management) including ownership of short and
long-term projects.
Maintenance and management of SharePoint databases:
- Re-invent the SharePoint site to accommodate the requirements
of ISQM 1
- Monthly consultation reporting to department and firm
leadership
- Assist with maintenance and updating of the FSP SharePoint
site, including monitoring of timely completion of required
checklists by FSP reviewers
- Act as backup for consultation administrator
Liaise with engagement teams to gather upfront information and
answer questions relating to risk matters including but not limited
to the following:
- Confidentiality incidents and related matters
- Third party access to audit working papers
- Certain re-approvals of engagement letter changes
- Completion of required checklists
Data gathering, data analytics, and system administration relating
to annual potential litigation sweep processes:
- Maintain litigation sweep distribution list
- Data analysis of responses to potential litigation sweep
- Assistance with the development, implementation and continuing
maintenance of new annual potential litigation sweep system
Other:
- Assist and lead various ad-hoc projects as they arise
- Assist with preparation of materials for periodic department
meetings and other meetings led by Risk & Regulatory (i.e.,
portfolio review, AQAC, PCAOB, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and
professionally
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to analyze data and make sound observations and
recommendations
- Strong competency in core professional skills, especially
attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility,
initiative, and tact
- Strong proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office applications,
specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data management and report generation including
data mining, manipulation, and integration between Microsoft office
products
- Limited Sponsorship may be available
