Controller - Exciting Industry! About the Company and Controller Opportunity:

• Our client is a start-up that owns a restaurant, winery, and event space in the Portland area, who are looking for a controller to manage their accounting function

  • Produce financial statements
  • Food and labor costing
  • Oversee other accounting functions
  • Inventory control
  • Lead month-end and year-end close
  • Advise organizational leaders on issues relating to finance and budget Required Background:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
    • 5 years' experience working for a full-service restaurant or company with multiple entities
