visit our ! About the Job We have a Full-Time opening for a
Behavioral Health Clinical Auditor (Quality Assurance Clinical
Specialist) based at our Portland Service Center in Gresham,
Oregon. This position supports company-wide compliance with
federal, state, and county regulations and laws. The position will
u se established systems to monitor compliance with policies and
procedures; p erform reviews and the QMHP portion of internal
audits; w ork with the Quality Assurance Director on issues that
require attention prior to State site reviews; and support the
Quality Assurance Director in identification, implementation, and
fidelity measurement of Evidence Based Practices companywide in
order to meet state standards. The Clinical Auditor will also a
ttend site reviews, participate in reviewing Plans of Correction,
and coach Administrators on completing the; a ssist in the
implementation of the HIPAA program companywide; and s upport and
maintain the databases. This position does require frequent travel
to multiple ColumbiaCare Services programs. ColumbiaCare Services
is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness
(PSLF) Program . QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the
Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program . Work Schedule:
Full Time (40 hours per week), 8-hour Day shifts What You'll Make
Starting at $4,500+ per month DOE/Credentials. What You'll Need
- State of Oregon QMHP credentials:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or
related field;
- MUST meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2)
YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health
treatment setting
- Experience with complex public human services systems, or
healthcare quality improvement methods required Successful
applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain
a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal
