Job Description:
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that
accounts are accurate and that profits are consistent. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Accurately invoice customers and clients for products and
services
- Find and correct payment inconsistencies and errors in
financial statements
- Translate industry-specific knowledge, such as medical
codes
- Collect timely payment or develop payment solutions for clients
facing financial hardship
- Update and maintain billing records and accounts, including
customer payment history and upcoming payments Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Industry-specific certification, training, or work
experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration,
accounting, or a similar field preferred The Accounting Specialits
