duties for Account Coordinator - Landscaping / Snow Removal •
Oversees a portion of a client account or various client accounts.
• Follows all functional policies, and ensures compliance to all
standard operating procedures • Meets expectations, all work/tasks,
and ensures that progress toward goals/objectives is made •
Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason
preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow •
Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations
• Support and balance vendor sourcing to unify and increase
profitability • Works in various customer portals, 3rd party
systems, and KBS proprietary technology • Helps identify procedural
issues and trends and sharing examples of best practices with
leadership • Able to carry out the essential functions of this job
(with or without reasonable accommodation) without posing a

self and others • Performs other related duties as required and
assigned Requirements for Account Coordinator - Landscaping / Snow
Removal Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required. WinTeam
and Corrigo experience is a plus. 3 years in an account coordinator
role, ideally with experience in exterior services or another
service-related field with high customer/client contact. What’s In
