BMO Family Office, LLC is a high touch wealth advisor delivering
integrated solutions to ultra- affluent individuals, families and
family offices. We offer open architecture investment advisory,
customized lending, and family office services. We have over 180
professionals serving 340 families. Our clients entrust us to
manage or advise on approximately $29 billion of their assets.
As the Administrative Coordinator you will provide key
administrative support for the firm along with support for the
firms operational functions. The successful individual must be
comfortable balancing multiple priorities and timelines and work
with collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings; assist with the setup and
breakdown of client meetings
- Document archiving support
- Support the employee emergency process
- Facilitate specific processes to ensure compliance standards
- Assist with the coordination of office and firm wide
- Assist coordination for production of client performance,
research and marketing reports, including organizing the process,
tabbing and binding the reports
- Act as back up to other administrative team members, including
reception, scanning, document management, expense management,
accounting and finance, and audit support
- Other assigned projects and office duties as required
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting,
finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in administration, accounting, finance;
experience in investment management, consulting, accounting or
similar professional services organization preferred.
- The ability to take initiative, problem-solve, exercise
excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, and multi-task and
adapt to changing circumstances and shifting priorities in a
- Highest level of professionalism and respect for
confidentiality and ability to interact with all levels of internal
and external constituents.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict avoidance / management skills
as well as the ability to prioritize.
- Continual attention to detail in composing and proofing
materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Expertise with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with MS SharePoint or MS Dynamics a plus.
