This full-time contract Admin Services position provides a wide
range of administrative and confidential support to Services
Business Operations manager and administrative support to the
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
?Perform administrative tasks as need including, but not limited to
answering phones, scheduling meetings, performing special projects,
printing meeting materials, copying and faxing. Assist in creating,
editing, and finalizing documents, correspondence, research, and
presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Assemble meeting material in PowerPoint. Manage Managers? calendar
and proactively clear conflicts. Schedule appointments, meetings,
conferences, and presentations. Reserve conference rooms as
requested. Set up telephone bridges and live meetings. Set up and
attend weekly staff meetings; may prepare agendas, take meeting
notes and distribute to attendees. Distribute
documents/correspondence to appropriate personnel; maintain files
in accordance standards. Assist manager with development and
maintenance of performance plans; process related documentation;
assure timely follow-up to obtain requisite reviews and
Position Requirements: Education/Experience: High school diploma or
equivalent required. 4 - 6 years of demonstrated
administrative/clerical experience required. Four or more years of
relevant work experience in administrative support functions with
Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and
Outlook required. (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required)
Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint is required.
?Associates degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative
Management or a related field is desirable previous experience
working in the utility industry is highly desirable.
?Must be very accurate with high attention to detail.
