evolve.As the Office Administrator, you help support Worth's
expanding team to help implement best office practices, while
ensuring our team continues to grow and succeed.Job Summary:*
Provide administrative support to operations, client relations,
creative, and people operations team members.* Manage general
office duties, facilities and misc. projects.* Maintain an
organized filing system of documents: filing, scanning, and copying
for the team as needed. * Support service team members with ad hoc
projects, helping manage project timelines, expectations, and
deliverables. * Provide Administrative support and help throughout
the organization as needed:* Mail, filing systems, ordering office
equipment/supplies* Maintain client information lists* Data Entry
support* Billing Support* Scheduling and coordinate
meetings/appointments and conference calls* Recording Notes and
meeting minutes as needed* Crafting and sending out company-wide
correspondence* Update and maintain record keeping systems*
Preparation support for meetings* Other additional office support
duties needed to assist company in meeting goalsOur People:We are a

years of experience in Office Support and/or Administrative
Assistant capacities.* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint -
supporting presentations as required.* Attention to detail - you
have an eagle eye for typos and errors.* Problem solver - you enjoy
a challenge.* Desire to help empower small and medium-sized
e-commerce companies* Results-focused * Ability to work in
