Job Description Job Duties -- Greets office visitors and answers
phones. -- Performs office clerical duties, including but not
limited to: filing, ordering office supplies and meals for
meetings. -- Processes accounts payable invoices. -- Prepares,
posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions
related to accounts receivable. -- Maintains excellent relations
with internal customers. -- Documents procedures for all tasks and
invoices that require specific processes. -- Performs special
projects as directed by their supervisor, i.e., scanning files,
assisting with office file organization. -- Looks for areas of
improvement in their responsibilities, including invoice processing
efficiencies. -- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable
attendance. -- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a
spirit of cooperation. -- Displays excellent communication skills
including presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills required
in working with customers, including the ability to communicate
effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure. --
Respectfully takes direction from supervisor. -- Other duties as
