Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team! In this role, youll work with clients to understand their needs, explain regulations, and offer solutions to protect their operations. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork will be crucial for excellent service and high standards. You are a reliable self-starter with strong follow-through, and you learn by doing and applying what you know to real-world situations. Prioritization and time management are among your strengths, and you naturally step in and assist when you see a need. You take pride in supporting your team and clients with excellence. Other qualifications include: High school diploma or some college Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Aptitude for learning new software 2 years in a client-facing support or account manager role Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC) What Youll Do: As the Client Relations Specialist, youll support the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. Youll communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service. Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients. Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions. Communicate with clients, employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and fax. Participate in ongoing learning and training opportunities. Gradient is an equal opportunity employer.
