In this front-facing administrative role, you will support both front desk operations and broader Division needs through professional, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative service. Greet visitors and direct customers, vendors, and internal guests to the appropriate resources. Provide general assistance to walkin customers and support a welcoming front office environment. Administrative Processing & Support Provide intermittent administrative support to the Sales Department. Print and mail customer statements monthly. Process incoming and outgoing mail; manage employee mailboxes. Complete occasional officerelated errands as needed. Human Resources Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department. Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and employee record maintenance. Support HR initiatives requiring coordination, communication, scheduling, and timely followthrough—executed with complete confidentiality and professionalism. Other Responsibilities Communicate customerrelated updates, issues, and opportunities to the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Team. Manage conference room schedules. Oversee breakroom supplies and commonarea upkeep. Coordinate breakfast and lunch orders for the Division, including setup and cleanup. Book occasional travel for upper management. Perform other duties as assigned to support Division operations . Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience, including receptionist duties and multiline switchboard experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and current versions of Microsoft Office. Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports with accuracy. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Customerservice focused, composed, and adaptable in a fastpaced environment. Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexible, approachable, and collaborative with a strong team mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including data entry, formatting, editing, and document management. Working Conditions Standard schedule: 8:00am–4:00pm, with a 7:30am start time one day per month. Professional office environment.
