About this Role // The Marketing Analyst is a critical role
responsible for providing data-driven insights and measurement
solutions that guide optimization and investment decisions. You
will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on
data related to the marketing funnel, customer lifecycle
progression, prospective/existing customer behavior, website
performance, messaging efficiency and campaign effectiveness. You
will also provide reporting on all customer and prospect-facing
marketing communications, working closely with various
cross-functional partners to drive campaign performance through
various marketing programs. You will be responsible for analyzing
all marketing initiatives that are critical to customer
acquisition, retention, and the overall success of our company.
Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of digital
marketing principles, demonstrate familiarity with measurement
concepts, B2B customer analytics, integrating and presenting data,
and articulating data-driven recommendations that help shape our
business strategies. What You'll Do // You'll be responsible for
developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
to understand business issues, key performance indicators,
strategies, and plans and then design, develop, and produce
reporting and dashboards to support those plans. Additional
responsibilities will include:
- Establish key metrics, create review cycle, and provide
insights on customer intelligence
- Provide actionable customer & campaign insights to recommend
A/B tests, UX/UI enhancements, conversion rate improvements for a
best-in-class buying experience
- Research the market to identify trends and implement best
practices for customer acquisition, retention, and growth
- Mine Google Analytics and other data sources for insights to
improve site performance, conversions, audience targeting and
identify new areas of opportunity
- Assist Product & Sales Teams by analyzing customer journey
through the purchase funnel; identifying gaps and opportunities to
optimize the customer experience
- Provide analysis of the product trial experience, affiliate
marketing performance, email communication efficiency and the
cart/checkout experience
- Work with website developers to implement new tracking tools
and ensure they are working properly on an ongoing basis What You
Bring // In addition to a positive attitude, a desire to learn and
a passion for what you do, the ideal candidate will also have the
following:
- 3+ years of digital web analytics and social media platform
experience
- Familiarity with ad tracking parameters and principles and
digital media measurement
- Marketing and B2B business model experience
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively
guide decision-making
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads
& Ad Manager, and Microsoft Excel
- Clear understanding of how PPC and SEO implementation
works
- Proficiency in building visually appealing dashboards to
effectively instrument and measure the success of multi-channel
marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to
communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple
projects and tasks
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and presentation
skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo preferred What We
