Job DescriptionSalary: $22-$25 per hourWhat we're hiring
for:Sock It to Me is seeking a Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to
join our dynamic team and work at the best little sock company in
the world! (Well, we think so, anyway.)The Wholesale Marketing
Coordinator partners with the sales team through the entire sales
cycle by coordinating all marketing efforts related to prospecting
and closing new accounts and nurturing existing account
relationships. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all sales
collateral, responding to wholesale inquiries, updating order
platforms, and coordinating showroom and/or tradeshow events this
team member keeps the sales team prepared and primed for engaging
with customers. Other administrative tasks may include onboarding
sales reps and agencies, lead generation, and customer outreach and
even being customer facing at tradeshows. This is a NON-EXEMPT
position that reports to the Sales Manager. This Position is
Responsible for:
- Updating and maintaining accuracy of image files and sales
assets on the company's media site.
- Creating presentations and line sheets and coordinating the
development of sales collateral with our marketing department.
- Coordinating creation of wholesale email campaigns including
scheduling, copy writing and proofing emails.
- Keeping our wholesale contact list up to date in our ERP and
email automation platform.
- Performing updates to order platforms including uploading and
hot spotting catalogs, product images and data files.
- Contract administration, registrations and coordinating the
logistics of exhibiting for all Sock It to Me tradeshows.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on seasonal presentation
strategy for all tradeshows and showrooms. Creating planograms and
coordinating delivery of samples, sales & marketing materials.
- Travel to tradeshows and regional markets as needed.
- Facilitating onboarding/offboarding for sales agent
transitions, including sample coordination, training, scheduling,
running, and editing territory account reports, and updating sales
rep roster.
- Reviewing, responding, and escalating inquiries submitted to
the sales email inbox.
- Processing sample and catalog orders and requests for
additional collateral as needed.
- Performing special projects as assigned including lead
generation and customer outreach.
- Providing on-going support to encourage a collaborative
teamwork environment.
- Other duties as assigned.What we're looking for:
- Associate degree in business administration, marketing
administration or relevant field preferred.
- 5 years of administrative experience.
- Ability to participate in collaborative effort with team
members and other stakeholders and work well within a team setting,
giving, and receiving constructive feedback and contributing to an
innovative workplace.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard office
applications.
- Familiarity of ERP systems and general accounting
practices.
- SAP Business One experience preferred.
- With minimal supervision, rely on experience and judgement to
plan and accomplish goals and assigned objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to
manage time effectively as well as balance multiple projects with
aesthetic attention to visual details.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and proper control of

- Must have a valid driver license and driving record accepted by
the Company's Auto Insurance underwriting requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 5%, which may include travel via car,
