The Marketing team is a growth engine for the company, focused on

compelling story to tell and are looking for experienced Marketers
to get the word out.
What we're looking for
This role will be integral in collaborating with cross-functional
teams to deliver personalized communications and experiences for
Vacasa guests across the customer lifecycle, from prospect to loyal
advocates of our brand. This strategic position will manage the
editorial, lifecycle, and creative/tactical execution of marketing
communications across email, SMS, and push - as well as integrating
into other touchpoints and mediums such as web, call centers, and
more, to establish a cohesive end-to-end experience when consumers
engage with Vacasa as a future or current guest.
Given the data-driven nature of growth and retention marketing in
these channels, a strategic understanding of customer segmentation,
CRM systems or platforms, and an ability to analyze and report on
trends and KPIs is essential. As a key decision-maker in Marketing,
there will be an expectation to partner cross functionally with
brand, product, data science/analytics, technology, customer
service and many other stakeholders with the ability to manage
resources, competing priorities and consistently work toward
building an exceptional customer experience befitting of
Vacasa.
What you'll do
This is an in-market role and candidates must be based locally or
be willing to relocate to Portland, OR to be considered. Also
considering remote applicants with the a bility to work from home
and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO,
DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH,
NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI,
or WY
You'll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual
training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team
meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent,
repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires
patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and
the ability to build confidence with prospects.
