They approach marketing in a way that only Nike can: taking risks, pushing boundaries and inspiring consumers to be champions. **Description** As a North America Digital Brand MarketingSpecialist for NikeWomen & Young Athletes categories, you will beresponsible for bringing Nike?s stories to life across all owned and mediadigital touchpoints. As a member of the NA Digital Brand team, you will partnerand work closely with category brand and business teams to align priorities andplan seasonal stories across Nike digital channels and media. You will alsocollaborate and work closely with the full digital marketing team across alldigital channels including apps, email, site experience and media as well asthe digital creative team. You willlead, partner and execute the planning process by briefing, developing, producing,and launching campaigns followed by sustaining and recapping performance acrossall digital stories and categories. **Responsibilities** + Workalongside Digital Brand Manager to develop all category seasonal and weeklyplanning for NikeWomen & Young Athletes executions within NA DigitalBrand + Partnerand collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager on the seasonal briefingprocess. Manage timelines and deliverables from brief through the executionand sustain phases of the campaign. + Partnerclosely with functional and geo partners, following the briefing process, toinform, collaborate, plan and execute category seasonal storytellingacross Nike digital channels and media. Partner with digital creativedesign for content creation planning and programming that supports keycategory stories. + Communicateclearly and effectively as you execute marketing programs, while alsoproviding informative recaps + Manageday-to-day process flow and project management during the entire life ofthe campaign + Createand maintain project planning and presentation tools to share projectupdates with Digital Brand Manager and other partners + Collaboratewith the Membership and App teams to drive the digital execution ofNikePlus Membership in North America + Identifyopportunities to expand what digital innovation looks like for NikeWomen& Young Athletes in North America + Bea thought partner, leader, executer and resource for category brand andbusiness leads **Qualifications** + BA/BSdegree + 3-5+ years of work experience in digital/online marketingor a related field + Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy andtactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences,paid media and social + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations + Strong analytical skills and comfort with leveraging art and science toinform plans and decision making + Strong understanding of digital analyticsbest practices and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions + Previous experience managing a marketing channel for a multichannelretailer, combining both online and offline success criteria, is preferred **Qualifications** + BA/BSdegree + 3-5+ years of work experience in digital/online marketingor a related field + Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy andtactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences,paid media and social + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations + Strong analytical skills and comfort with leveraging art and science toinform plans and decision making + Strong understanding of digital analyticsbest practices and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions + Previous experience managing a marketing channel for a multichannelretailer, combining both online and offline success criteria, is preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
