program for young adults, located in the Montgomery Park Building
in NW Portland, is in need of a Records Administrator. The
Administrator generates, maintains and ensures accuracy and
integrity of data entered into computer systems, as well as manual
files for students. Coordinate records for student enrollments and
separations. Coordinate attendance record keeping and oversee
student pay. Perform a variety of other administrative duties
concerning student records, all in a positive learning environment
for young people. Model professional behavior and appearance for
students. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, and one year of
related experience including office procedures, data and word
processing. One year certificate from college or technical school
preferred. Successful applicants will be detail oriented, and
accuracy is a necessity. $17.40 per hour + benefits including company paid and optional
benefits, paid vacations, sick/personal time off, and holidays. An
