REPORTS TO: Estacada HS Assistant Principal / Todos Juntos Director
PAY RATE: $3,000.00 - $3,333.33 monthly TBD
EMPLOYMENT: 40 hours Weekly

Job responsibilities will include all requirements described by Estacada School District and Todos Juntos.

• 
  
• Along with Success Coach, School Counselors and other staff, identify 60 annual High-Risk/At-Risk youth that meet identified risk factors using attendance, grade, behavioral data.
  
• Ongoing Site Steering Committee meetings to provide overview and progress meeting objectives.
  
• Provide Quarterly Calendar of events and work schedule identifying 40 hours weekly of planned activities and oversight.
  
• Provide academic support programming and tutoring to all identified students at all grade levels.
  
• Identified 9th grade youth will receive services that address basic needs and academic issues. To include; Evidence-based prevention and early intervention programming provided within the school setting, including academic assistance, truancy prevention, in-school diversion, community awareness and mobilization, conflict resolution and interpersonal skill development, leadership and positive youth development, and mentoring.
  
• Case coordination, referral to resources and services needed by the youth and/or their families (basic needs, health/behavioral health assessments and treatment, parenting education, etc.)
  
• Hands on facilitation of 3 programs identified by 9th grade data team/administration to identified youth
  
• Facilitation/Supervision of other Program Delivery Activities as needed and to include Boys Council and Girls Circle and Employment Fairs/Field Trips/Speakers/Rise Up Program.
  
• As funding allows, work with Site Steering Committee to identify additional support staff, provide for the expansion of identified After-School/In-School Activities.
  
• Meet as needed with Grade School and Middle School Todos Juntos and District Staff to discuss program collaborations that are beneficial to district youth and families. To include:
  
• Middle School Transition programming for incoming 9th grade students.
  
• Summer planning and programming activities for identified youth
  
• Attend all required County and Todos Juntos meetings and assigned committees.
  
• Maintain client records of contacts, enter data and program evaluation and submit required reports in required time frame.
  
• Timely completion of all required quarterly reports and report narratives.
  
• Work with activities director and school administration to coordinate the 8th grade transition day with students and evening events with parents/guardians.
  
• Mandatory reporter. Complete all annual mandatory trainings as required of district employees
