A San Francisco Bay Area 300 bed nonprofit Medical Center is actively seeking a Critical Care Clinical Education Specialist to join their state of the art healthcare organization.Working collaboratively with the Director of Critical Care and other departmental Nurse Educators, the Nurse Educator Critical Care ICU will implement a new performance improvement program to promote comprehensive patient care. - The Critical Care Center is comprised of 2 units, a 24 bed Critical Care Unit and 16 bed Progressive Care Unit. - -The Critical Care Education Specialist will act as a leader and mentor to the entire Critical Care nursing team and supplement the Emergency Services, Cardiac Care, and Telemetry units. -The ICU Clinical Nurse Educator will promote excellence in nursing as a resource and a role model of the Professional Practice Model: Center of Excellence for the Critical Care staff members.The ideal candidate for Nurse Educator Critical Care ICU is an experienced critical care RN with excellent communication skills.
