Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide essential services in a K-12 school setting located in the
Portland, OR area. This part-time contract position supports a high
school caseload and fills a maternal leave vacancy from February
19, 2026, to May 14, 2026. Responsibilities: Deliver evaluation,
diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication
disorders to students. Collaborate with educators and families to
develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs). Maintain
detailed and accurate records of student progress and participate
in IEP meetings. Provide therapy services that align with district
goals and state requirements. Support students' communication
development to enhance academic and social success. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current license issued
by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with high school-aged students preferred, but
all levels of expertise will be considered. Strong communication
skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team. Commitment to supporting diverse student
needs in an educational environment. Location:This role is onsite
at a school within the Beaverton area, serving students in the
Portland metropolitan region. This contract position offers an
excellent chance to impact student success during a temporary
opening, with part-time hours of approximately 20 per week.
