Minimum Requirements Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Special Education from an accredited educational program Valid state Special Education certificate (as required) What You'll Do Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to ensure student success. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations. Supervise Special Education paraprofessionals when needed.
