Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Special Education Teacher to support diverse learners in a dynamic
educational environment. This role involves working closely with
students requiring specialized instruction and adapting teaching

between multiple school sites within the district. Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs - Deliver
instruction and therapeutic interventions in compliance with
special education regulations - Collaborate with general education
teachers, parents, and specialists to promote student success -
Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies to
optimize outcomes - Facilitate communication among educational
teams and participate in relevant meetings Qualifications and
Desired Experience: - Valid Special Education teaching
certification or license - Experience teaching students with
disabilities in an inclusive or specialized setting - Strong
knowledge of IEP development and special education law - Ability to
adapt instruction for a variety of learning styles and abilities -
Effective communication and collaboration skills - Willingness and
ability to travel between multiple school locations as required
