Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a
K-12 school setting located in the Portland, OR area. This position
involves serving students across two schools, including a high
school and an elementary school, and will run through the current
school year on a contract basis. Responsibilities include providing
direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
of students, collaborating with educators and staff to support
individualized education plans (IEPs), and documenting student
progress according to district and state guidelines. The role will
require working onsite and managing caseloads at both Mountainside
High School (0.5 FTE) and Findley Elementary (0.6 FTE).
Qualifications and desired experience: - Masters degree in
Speech-Language Pathology - Valid Oregon state license issued by
the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology -
Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12
populations - Strong communication and collaboration skills to
effectively work with students, families, and school teams -
Flexibility to split time between two school locations Location: -
