Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist role is available in Gresham, OR, within a reputable
school district. This contract position, based at a middle school,
offers either a .8 or 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) schedule, with
flexibility for in-person or hybrid work settings. The assignment
will extend through the remainder of the current school year,
covering maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive psychological services, including assessment,
counseling, and consultation for students. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and staff to develop interventions that support
student learning and well-being. Assist in the development and
implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs). Conduct
evaluations to identify students needs and contribute to creating
supportive learning environments. Support crisis intervention and
contribute to the school communitys mental health initiatives.
Qualifications: Valid school psychologist certification or
licensure. Experience working as a school psychologist in K-12
educational settings. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling
skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse school
teams and families. Knowledge of current educational laws,
regulations, and practices related to special education.
Flexibility to work in-person or in a hybrid model as needed.
