Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline design projects or large, routine tasks on multi-discipline projects during all phases of project delivery (planning, design and construction)
• Independently coordinate work of team throughout project development (Scope)
• Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents
• Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
• Track quality aspects of projects, and coordinate to ensure that work is completed within parameters of quality program
• Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed
• Perform other duties as needed Qualifications
  Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years related or equivalent experience including project and or program management experience
  • PE license or PMP
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in both design and construction
    • Experience with and a commitment to a quality
