Job Description:

A company is looking for a Virtual Construction & Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Create shop drawings for mechanical, civil, and structural systems on new or modified waterworks systems for construction
Complete drawings, create BIM models, and maintain VDC standards, processes, and workflows
Review design and construction documents and advance global BIM/VDC initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, architecture, or a similar field and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
Ability to create BIM/VDC models and update with current construction documents and specifications
Proficiency with Autodesk software and Microsoft Office programs
Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
Strong work ethic and great interpersonal skills
