acquisition and organic growth.Summary:We are seeking a highly
skilled and experienced Analytics Engineer or Senior Analytics
Engineer to join the Data Team. In this role, you will work closely
with department heads, engineers, and functional leads to build and
maintain robust data pipelines and analytics infrastructure. You
will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurate, accessible,
and actionable, enabling our team to make informed business
decisions. You will also play a key role in providing business
feedback, helping us refine and improve our business based on your
analytical and technical points of view.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and
maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Fivetran and
homegrown tools.Analytics Engineering: Develop and optimize data
models, transformations, integrations, and visualizations using
dbt, Snowflake, Hightouch, and Tableau.Data Analysis: Analyze data
to provide insights on resort performance, inventory management,
revenue operations, financial metrics, etc.Reporting: Creating
dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with the necessary
data to make informed decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with
department heads and functional leads to understand data needs,
deliver insights, and support company priorities and
initiatives.Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in
data engineering, analytics engineering, or data analysis, with a
strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines and
analytics infrastructure.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in dbt,
Snowflake, Hightouch, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with
ELT processes and data integration tools.Data Modeling: Strong
understanding of data modeling principles and experience in
designing and optimizing data models for analytics.Data Analysis:
Expertise in analyzing large datasets and identifying trends,
anomalies, and actionable insights.Problem Solving: Ability to
troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and optimize data
processes.Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
in all outputs.SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills with the ability to
write complex queries and optimize performance in large
datasets.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the
ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical
