Job Description:
Min 5 to 8 years of experience in analyzing schematic and
electrical/electronic components and preparation of wire harness
design in automotive / Off Highway industries. Required Experience:
Good Knowledge in Automotive / Off highways system and components
Routing of wiring harness in Zuken E3. cable/ E3 enterprises.
Wiring harness, flatten/Formboard drawings preparation in E3.
cable. Excellent knowledge of component selection and parametric
consideration of connectors wires, seal, plug, socket, terminals
and electrical devices. Work with cross functional team to
stakeholders provide support required to deliver on time, quality.
Maintain data and create the ID creation using agile, release the
drawing in EDM. 3D cable routing in UGNX with selecting the conduit
and cable, seal retainers. Sound knowledge in harness routing,
electrical safety standard, component selection. Hands on
experience on Component Database creation, Assembly & block
creation. Sound knowledge of UG NX or 3D routing (expert
preferrable). Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Industrial
standards, must be able to implement it as required in the projects
– NEMA, NFPA and IEC etc. Benchmarking of the design, process,
standards with the leading off highway OEMs / Automotive to improve
the gap and process improvement Experience in the assessment of the
load, sensors, cameras and devices. Understanding of physical,
environmental and safety constraints. Validation of wire harness
for the optimized paths with all the project constraints with cross
functional team. Generating the MBOM, EBOM and various reports for
the manufacturing of wire harness. knowledge of performing the FMEA
throughout the project phases Architecture design of power, control
and data cable routings. Sizing and selection of the components
Schematic designs in 2d and 3d wire harness routing Strong Computer
skills Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics and
Telecommunications, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechatronic or
equivalent.
