Job Description Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized
leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Nurse
Manager, Perioperative/Procedural Services in Washington State. The
manager will report directly to the Director of
Perioperative/Procedural Services and will oversee operations in
the Perioperative Department, Endoscopy Procedural Unit, and
Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). This healthcare organization
specializes in ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics/Podiatry, and
Gynecology. Key Qualifications BSN preferred Active Washington
State nursing license (Washington is a compact state) Demonstrated
leadership abilities Experience in interim leadership Experience
working in union environments Compensation and Benefits Our leaders
receive an attractive compensation package, which includes housing,
transportation, and regular travel home. The pay rate for this
position is $850.00 per day (equivalent to $221,000 annually). The
final pay rate will be determined by the candidate's experience,
