Job Description Provides customers, partners and sales reps with technical product advice through online product presentation support during pre- and sometimes post-sales discussions. Partners with sales team to assist with closing sales opportunities or recommends appropriate products to support sale of product to customer. Conducts online or on-site product presentations with client decision makers and educates prospects and customers on Sage products. Answer client questions on product function and usage and solve sales support problems. Independent product support and expertise is focused on a point solution (e.g., mobile applications). May support other sales engineers with more complex solutions. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Assist with superior product presentations covering specific product software solutions Assist in discovery sessions with clients to uncover key value drivers and solution enablers Collaborate with sales teams on opportunity qualification and strategies Participate in new product release input, testing and training of peers Support marketing activities, including presenting at events and online demonstrations for the solution Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2 years of related experience Relevant knowledge of applications or database/tools Thorough knowledge of system and application design Strong verbal and written communication skills, needs-analysis, positioning, business justification, closing Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with accounts in complex technical environments Function Sales Country United States Office Location Beaverton Location Region Oregon
