OverviewJOB SUMMARY--The Accounting Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the residential accounting team by executing a wide variety of tasks and special projects within the accounting and property operations areas in accordance with Holland Partner Groups Core Values.We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS--

  • Conduct internal audits as assigned to ensure objectives and goals are being met.
  • Coordinate communication and efforts between Holland and third-party vendors that interface with company accounting systems.
  • Conduct the data entry to ensure timely processing of the internal billback process.
  • Drive process improvements and make recommendations where enhancements are necessary.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize team meetings and planning initiatives.
  • Manage and document the status of assigned projects to support the ongoing organization and goals of the residential accounting and operations teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenant collection accounts.
  • Manage the communication and use of various vendors and systems (i.e. RealPage Utility Management, Yardi Energy Systems, RealPage and Assurant).
  • Collaborate with the appropriate team members on the accounting side of the process to ensure utility setup and ongoing maintenance of accounts is completed monthly.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
  • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.------QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS--Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.--Experience: Two years of accounting and/or administrative project management experience required. --Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
    • Ability to clearly plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the projects assigned.
    • Ability to work closely with upper management to make sure scope and direction of each project is on schedule and complete.
    • Strong organizational skills.
      • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.
      • Must be proactive, flexible, responsible and resourceful.
      • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
      • Strong customer service orientation.
        • Ability to accurately perform multiple tasks in a complex and fast-paced operating environment.
        • Competency in Microsoft Office 360. Yardi software experience preferred.
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
        • Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.--Attendance: This full-time position requires regular and punctual attendance compliant with the schedule set to meet company needs.-- Additional hours or overtime may be required.----This position also requires:--
          • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
          • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
