Description:Demonstrates Project Management proficiency through
managing and co-leading large, complex, cross functional, strategic
projects or programs often consisting of multiple initiatives for
KPNW. Leads and coordinates highly visible, sensitive, and
multi-faceted projects including planning, analytics,
communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor
management, and cost efficiency. Identifies and resolves issues
proactively. Ensures assigned projects are delivered within scope,
schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with
partner/customer expectations. This position will contribute to a
team of other Portfolio and Project Managers who will collectively
support the yearly operating plan.Essential

audience.Project Management: Manages multiple large-scale projects
with responsibility and accountability for project outcomes from
initiation to close-out. Develops, analyzes, and manages complex
project plans which include scope identification and management,
schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast to meet
business priorities. Manages and monitors project metrics and
financials of multiple large projects ensuring achievement of
business benefits and desired outcomes. Monitors overall project
performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope, and with
quality) and makes adjustments as needed. Drives allocation of
resources, establishes schedules, and task assignments to ensure
established project management practices are in place. Partners
with experts in organizational change management (e.g., development
and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans)
as defined by the project.Leading Others: Leads the work of large
project teams by partnering with internal and external resources
based on the alignment of team member skills and project demands.
Communicates a clear vision of project goals and objectives to the
team. Builds strong relationships that inspire and motivate others
to fulfill commitment and exceed expectations; effectively
motivates team to do their best work. Able to build report and
adapt to a variety of personality types. Supports team members in
thinking through and landing on decisions. Delivers performance
feedback to team members' supervisors.Project Risk & Issue
Mitigation: Proactively identifies, understands, monitors, and
mitigates project risks, issues, and trigger events by developing
mitigation plans and strategies; resolves or escalates risks or
issues as appropriate. Compliance: Monitors adherence of project
activities to policies and procedures by ensuring project plans and
team members follow KP, departmental, and/or business line policies
and procedures.Stakeholder Management: Ensures the alignment,
buy-in, engagement and support of diverse project stakeholders by
building and maintaining relationships. Communicates appropriately
with internal customers, third party vendors, senior management,
and business leaders; Clarifies accountability and authority across
stakeholders. Proactively seeks to strengthen direct/indirect
relationships. Provides insight to key stakeholders and project
sponsors by developing project goals; prioritizes deliverables;
discusses involvement of business processes (e.g., project change
management, communication). Provides recommendations, delivers
formal presentations, and provides reports to various senior
audiences. Communicates tough issues to stakeholders while
maintaining an independent opinion; satisfies stakeholder
questions/concerns.Basic Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum eight (8)
years of experience in project management or a directly related
field with Bachelor's Degree OR Minimum six (6) years of experience
in project management or a directly related field with Master's
degreeMinimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
with or without direct reportsMinimum three (3) years of experience
implementing large, complex projectsEducationBachelor's degree OR
four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.High
School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
required.License, Certification, RegistrationN/AAdditional
Requirements:Demonstrated skill and experience working with
