(WM): Wealth Management business is a leading provider of financial

Management,
clients are provided with a complete range of solutions to help
them manage, preserve and transfer their wealth. Job Description
Responsible for merger and acquisition relationship management and
analysis activities to aid
owners of privately held companies sell their companies or buy
other companies including: developing deal strategies and timelines
reviewing and analyzing due diligence processes and materials
necessary to understand the company reviewing valuation analyses
and models (projections, LBO, DCF, public comparables, historical M
and A transactions, etc.) to determine reasonable
selling/purchasing price
range reviewing and finalizing pitch books, information memoranda,
management presentations and marketing material contacting
acquirers to market deal opportunities managing and performing key
steps in the sales execution process such as working with client to
develop time or cutoffs for interested parties assisting bankers in
firm building activities (training, recruiting, mentoring, etc.)
building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current
and prospective clients. Develops and maintains contacts with
private equity firms and other industry professionals both inside
and outside Wells Fargo to help facilitate the execution of future
transactions. Act as a team lead to more junior staff.
Qualifications Required:
---4+ years of merger and acquisitions experience, investment
banking experience, or a combination of both
Job Expectations:
---Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry
Regulatory
Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in
this
position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses
or
SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include
meeting
enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells
Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer
acceptance.
---Registration for FINRA Series 63 and 79 must be completed within
180 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be
accepted.
