The primary focus of the Medical Director is to lead the staff in fulfilling this mission. Details:

    • Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
    • Valid Oregon medical license
    • Active DEA license
    • Current CPR certification
    • Minimum five years' experience as a medical provider and with administration of primary care programs
    • Three or more years of experience in director level leadership
