To deliver its growth objectives, PF Northwest is an independent
Franchisee of Planet Fitness, is seeking a transformative leader to
serve as Director, Store/Club Operations. Reporting to the Chief
Operations Officer. This role will have responsibility for the
leading and delivering excellent financial and operational
performance for PF Northwest fitness clubs. They must inspire and
lead managers and club team members, to deliver a superior in-club
experience for our members and profitable sales for the company.

This senior level role leads all aspects of PF Northwest store/club
operations to include 9 company operated clubs plus the future
growth of the Area Development Agreement, which encompasses field
leadership, field operations and the internal club operations
support team. This position plays a highly visible leadership role
in the organization and will be a critical partner to the Chief
Operations Officer and a key member of the leadership Team.--
-- Deliver annual topline and bottom-line financial goals for

-- Ensure clubs/stores are operating efficiently to maximize
financial performance and to deliver a superior member experience
consistent with brand standards.

About you -
-- This operations leader will have a minimum of 10 years of
operations leadership experience in the retail, foodservice or
fitness industry with a strong operating company; significant
multi-unit experience required.

success in scaling processes, systems, and people to meet company
