LaSalle Network has partnered with a global data and intelligence company to identify an experienced Remote Enterprise Account Manager to join their team! The Remote Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for retaining and expanding strong customer relationships in the enterprise space, working with global accounts from different industries selling their unique SaaS solution. Remote Enterprise Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges
  • Build trust-based relationships with enterprise prospects, customers and internal stakeholders at different levels and functions to grow and retain existing business
  • Meet and exceed quota and net retention responsibility
  • Ensuring all account plans within allocated portfolio are created and subsequently updated every six months
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer success, product and development teams to execute sales strategy
  • Ensure current customers are achieving their desired business outcomes and renewing through various tactics including quarterly account reviews
  • Help to further develop and improve repeatable enterprise sales processes
  • Meet with clients, physically and virtually with external stakeholders to ensure services are being adopted across each account
    Remote Enterprise Account Manager Requirements
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager
    • Experience in high value Strategic or Enterprise sales
    • Experience selling subscription-based services and solutions
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
    • Deep experience building relationships, selling, and working with the C-Suite and other senior leaders of different functions within Fortune 100 companies
    • Experience with enterprise software and/or SaaS is a plus
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Experience in commodities or data licensing is a plus
