We are looking for an organized, upbeat person, with project management experience working in a Business Continuity,Supply Chain, or Product Related Function who is very comfortable working in ambiguous environments. The Program Manager will have proven flexibility demonstrating the ability to work on many projects at a time that are at different points in the project and program development process. A candidate for this role will be able to show their expertise in tracking schedules, connecting the right people and driving key internal partners to solutions among constant change.This role should be capable of communication and collaboration across multiple teams including the Nike Intelligence Center (NIC), Enterprise Risk Management, Workplace Design + Connectivity (WD+C), Nike Cyber Defense Center (NCDC), Safety, Labor Resilience, Physical Security, Geographical Supply Chain Directors and many more to connect critical product lifecycle teams with groups that can appropriately resolve their risk. It is important to clearly provide information to VPs, team managers, project managers, and everyone in-between. The Program Manager should have the proven ability to understand their audience and communicate clearly on multiple levels across many projects. This role requires grit and an understanding of the 'long game'. Developing and implementing new programs/projects across the Product Lifecycle takes time and requires many subject-matter-experts.The candidate needs the ability to navigate uncertainty in business information, find the value and deliver results with a balance of speed and accuracy. The business is always changing, and it is meaningful for the Program Manager to have the skills to work cross-functionally with people in different business units, that may have opposing business goals, to keep the work moving forward. The person needs to be confident in their ability, low ego in their approach and driven in their decision-making.What you will work onIf this is you, you'll be working with the Global Business Continuity team to:Provide product continuity leadership and expertise to the organizationPromote program goals, objectives, and strategies throughout the NIKE organizationLead in developing, maintaining, testing, and refining Product Continuity strategies and plans in partnership with critical product and business functionsSupport the response and management of disruptive incidents that affect Nike's ability to source and deliver ProductDevelop Product Continuity guidance in the form of prioritizing and assessing Product Functions Business Continuity risks and delivering recommendationsIdentify and track trends requiring resolution and provide recommendations if changes in the program approach need to be madeDrive awareness and understanding of strategies to partners in the regionCreate positive collaborations to proactively seek process improvement and champion end-user adoptionDemonstrate the ability to manage a program across multiple geographies that tracks important metrics and trends across critical product and business functionsThis role directly reports to the Director of Product Continuity and will implement and manage the Product Continuity program across multiple geographically dispersed teams that support NIKE's product deliveryDemonstrate an ability to translate strategic product continuity risks to mitigation goalsCoordinate and perform Product Continuity budget management and reportingAdjust the scope of the program based on strategic priorities driven by the voice of the consumerWho you will work withThis role directly reports to the Director of Product Continuity and will implement the Product Continuity Program in partnership with critical product and business functions that support NIKE's various product requirements.What you bringSignificant experience applying Business Continuity and 3rd Party Risk concepts and principles to mitigate Supply Chain and Product Delivery disruptions.Ability to define, assess, and prioritize risks across a variety of functional teams including, but not limited to Product Innovation, Creation, Consumer Supply & Management, Global Sourcing & Manufacturing, Global Operations & Logistics, and Retail.Ability to effectively communicate programmatic concepts, objectives, obstacles, and priorities across the business and leadership levels to gain the right level of engagement from necessary partners.Develop and implement cross-functional engagement strategies to get results internally and externally.Ability to provide programmatic support and guidance to make all aspects of the Nike supply chain more resilient.Possess the ability to deeply understand NIKE's business strategy, business functions, and priorities and to communicate program expectations to a variety of partners.High tolerance for ambiguity and a capability for self-directed work.The qualified candidate will possess and/or be able to demonstrate:Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of relevant, professional experience, education and training.5+ years experience managing, developing, and implementing a Business Continuity or Supply Chain Continuity Program or equivalent work experience.3 + years leading cross-functional programs and/or sophisticated, enterprise projects.3+ years managing a globally distributed program.Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations at various management and executive levels.Highly skilled in developing high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across multiple business functions and geographies.Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed.Willing to relocate to Portland OR areaNike requires all applicants for this position to be vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of hire, unless otherwise required by law.
