capability, employee engagement, etc. The HR Manager will provide
HR expertise, enhance organizational effectiveness, and integrate
programs and practices across digital commerce teams.We are a
dynamic HR team that plays a vital role in leading and helping with
daily operations, team support, and projects, and long-term
initiatives. Coordinating a full spectrum of HR programs and
services, we build commitment, capability, and overall engagement
among individuals across the team. Using strong written and
interpersonal skills, we demonstrate the desire to train and
educate others. We are looking for an individual with a disposition
towards action, can influence senior leaders, and works well in
ambiguous environments.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- You will be supporting our APLA Supply Chain team and drive all
HR initiatives for them.
- Partner with cross functional teams to craft the work and
priorities of our Team & Talent offense and ensure it fits into
both the APLA & Supply Chain strategy and supports desired business
outcomes.
- Play a key role in developing and/or implementing DEI, employee
engagement, talent, organizational design, and learning strategies
across the supply chain team.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to managers to expand their people
leadership capabilities in the areas of coaching, employee
relations, career development, etc. to increase efficiency and
retention.
- Partner with territory HR business partners to ensure that we
drive consistent practices across the entire geo, while allowing
local nuance where needed.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou will sit in the
broader Supply Chain, Planning, and Corporate Functions HR team. In
addition, you will represent HR in the APLA Supply Chain Leadership
Team.You will work and collaborate with a variety of leaders, COE
partners, and territory HRBPs as you drive HR initiatives across
for the Supply Chain team. -WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education,
experience, and training
- 5+ years of demonstrated business-facing HR experience.
- Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven
enterprise thinking.
- Experience using HR data management tools, proficiency in
generating reports, combining data from different sources, and
synthesizing key HR performance metrics and data to story tell and
provide decision support.
- Proven experience partnering with a wide network of key
stakeholders to deliver effective HR programs and business
solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to evaluate
current state, find opportunities for improvement and develop a
plan for strong execution.Preferred:
- Previous business-facing HR Generalist and/or HRBP
experience.
- Experience leading HR in an ambiguous or complex environment
(across multiple countries or businesses)
- Exposure/experience in areas of organizational effectiveness,
transition management, employee relations, recruiting,
compensation, training, and development, HR program management.Nike
