Permitting Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all permitting activities across multiple utility construction projects in both California and Oregon. Experience with the permitting process at both the local city, county, and state level in both states is preferred. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and processing permits within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor any contractors who are brought in to procure permits and present updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on progress
Coach and support project team membersQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in construction permits within CA and OR
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
