Job Description:
Description Robert Half is working with growing business to find
a talented Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible
for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human
resources department. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment

this may be the role for you.Major responsibilities- Teach
employees such that they follow all policies and procedures-
Administer exit interviews and procedures- Manage human resource
staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees-
Maintain and deploy applicable human resource federal and state
requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and
represent the organization at hearings- Study compensation
standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create
salary structures and administer employee benefits- Generate
recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in
accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws- Grow the
organization's human resources department by planning,
implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources
policies, programs, and practices- Lead all HR activities,
communications, reports, requests and documents created and
received by the team- Evaluate reports provided by the HR team,
team leaders and operations managers to determine employee
performance and training needs- Participate in interdepartmental
meetings with other managers- Maintain historical human resource
records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past
and current records- Put in place management guidelines by
preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and
procedures Requirements - PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications
are desired- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of
MS Office- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Adept
to problem-solving and conflict resolution- Bachelor's degree in
human resources or similar field- Ability to view issues without
prejudice- An understanding of the key principles of employment law
and EEOC regulations- 5+ years in human resources- 1+ years of
supervisory experience within human resources- Knowledgeable in
handling confidential business matters and information with
discretion- Excellent written, verbal and social communication
skills- Wide knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration,
compensation and wage structure- Exemplary ethics, integrity, and
