SUMMARY:We are seeking an Art Director that is passionate about
graphic design, environments, influencer packaging, and brand
development to join our growing creative team in Portland Oregon.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of design work
for both our internal and external clients. You'll collaborate with
our internal team of multi-disciplinary designers to generating
innovative concepts, and storytelling through the final stages of
production. The ideal candidate can work independently or
collaboratively, be comfortable presenting work to clients, and
embrace the mentoring of other team members.As a member of our

Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-- You will work with our internal team to
understand client project needs-- You'll lead projects through the
entire design process; from creative concept and art direction, to
iterations of designs and finished assets-- You will work
collaboratively with fellow design team members to execute projects
on time-- You have a solid knowledge of the creative development
process: interpreting creative briefs, you know how to give
positive and constructive feedback and collaborate to develop
compelling work-- You're a master of your craft in typography,
photography, sketching, illustration, iconography, color, pattern,
and form. -- You adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.--
You are comfortable presenting concepts to clients, articulating
creative concepts and vision.-- You are meticulous about reviewing
files, file management, and comfortable approving press checks or
prototypes for all final work.-- You value developing and maintain

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:-- Quick sketching / hand rendering/ ideation--
Digital rendering / illustration (Illustrator, Procreate, or Sketch
app)-- Highly proficient in all aspects of graphic and product
design including drawing/sketching, illustration, typography, print
and pattern development, color theory and technical applications--
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability
to deal with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and
operations.-- Strong time management, critical thinking,
monitoring, organization, coordination, independent judgment,
decision-making skills, and process improvement skills.-- Ability
to work from client briefs or kickoff calls, create concepts and
execute the designs.-- Ability to help mentor junior design team
talent, providing design direction and critiques. -- Provide high
design quality and service standards that fall within budgets,
scopes and timelines.-- Able to work independently and prioritize
daily project and design deliverables to ensure deadlines are
met.-- Knowledge of design work that spans apparel design, brand
development, print, graphic design, environments, retail rollouts,
packaging, and events. -- Collaborative and egoless MINIMUM
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:-- Bachelor's
degree in Art, Design, Industrial Design, related field or
equivalent-- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Senior
Designer or Art Director -- Adobe Creative Suite expertise-- 3D
modeling and rendering software proficiency a plus (Sketchup, Vray,
Cinema 4D, 3D Max)-- Submit a portfolio or link that includes a
full range of design styles that should include graphic design,
illustration, events, retail, packaging, environments, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:N/AWORK ENVIRONMENT:This job operates in
a professional office environment. This role routinely uses
standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers,
filing cabinets and fax machines.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical

this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
