immersive technology. We seek a Post-Production Manager to support
ongoing photographic post-production projects at our North American
Studio in Portland, OR. You will be joining a world-class team that
strives to consistently post-produce best in class digital imagery
at scale. It's an exciting time for Happy Finish with new offices
in Milan and Verona, augmenting our London and Portland based
operations. We're looking for efficient, detail-oriented production

YOUR ROLEYou will be an integral part
of our day-to-day operations team, coordinating directly with
clients to facilitate the asset trafficking, quality control,
resource assignment, prioritization and reporting of ongoing
digital imagery requests to and from our clients to ensure that our
teams consistently deliver world-class content on time and to
budget that drives our clients advertising, marketing and commerce
platforms. You will display the following key traits:-Detail
Oriented:Do you like double (or triple) checking your work against
multiple sources to ensure accurate data entry? Then this might be
the right role for you! Your role requires that new info is checked
against multiple systems to ensure that actionable data is correct,
and sense checked before data entry, to ensure that the correct
workflow automations and resources are triggered.-Strong
initiative:You will have a strong desire to continually optimize
and improve the systems and workflows you interact with. At HF we

communication between remote clients as well as in house and remote
production artists. It's important that you not only engage in

collaboration with a view to accuracy and efficiency wherever
possible.-A natural problem solver:The nature of our client's needs
means that our deliverable prioritizations and asset requirements
can change frequently. At times, this can lead to confusion and
uncertainty; it's important that you are able to use context,
intuition and experience to generate go-forward solutions. As
projects evolve, new problems arise, some of which that will not
have been encountered before and while it's always great to talk
things through, to avoid slowing down delivery it's important that
you have the confidence and experience to understand how to triage
issues and self-solve independently where able.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client brief intake and upkeep, updating internal systems
multiple times per day to accommodate new or updated brief
information.
- Resource Assignment, assigning and managing resources to meet
the day-to-day changes in delivery priorities.
- Asset Tracking- keeping complex asset tracking databases across
multiple systems up to date with latest information to inform both
internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Control. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the
highest possible quality standards and standard operating
procedures are being adhered to and maintained for all
deliverables.
- Ensuring that all stake holders are kept up to date with
pertinent information related to changes to SOPs and SOW's,
prioritization and any important notifications from regular client
meetings that you will attend and record minutes against. Ensure
that all blockers, issues, and proposed optimizations to our
collaborative workflows are clearly communicated to stakeholders in
a timely and clear manner. REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED SKILLSRequired
skills and experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, familiar with filters, advanced
comparative formulas such as Vlookups, pivot tables etc.
- Experience navigating and reviewing imagery within the Adobe
Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Bridge, basic
understanding of advanced commercial postproduction techniques and
file structures is desirable.
- Strong online digital asset management skills, familiar
navigating CRM's DAMS, and cloud-based storage systems such as
Dropbox, Box, Google Drive.Desirable skills and experience:
- Familiar with online database tools such as Airtable and Smart
Sheet.
- Familiar with online review and markup tools such as Global
Edit, Frame.io, Proof HQ.
- API and Scripting experience using python, JavaScript etc with
a view to establishing automations and synchronizations between
software packages an advantage.
