Job Description:

Overview: As our Facility Services Director at Mirabella Portland, you'll lead our facility services team including our Maintenance, Construction/Renovation, Environmental Services, Security, Transportation, and Technology divisions. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, you'll manage the operating and capital budgets, policy & procedure and emergency preparedness for our community. As a Director at our community, you'll gain access to a network of industry professionals and residents with vast knowledge and experience across many disciplines.
